Setting Goals
Every Olympic journey begins with a goal. Whether it's improving your personal best or standing on the podium, having a clear target is crucial. Goals give you a roadmap to success and keep you motivated during tough times. What are your fitness goals? Share them with us and let's support each other in achieving them!
Having a clear purpose and "Big Why" will help you keep motivated as you will enter an infinite journey towards delivering your lifetime mission. Bravo.
Consistent Training
Consistency is key in any athletic endeavor. Regular training not only improves your physical abilities but also builds mental toughness. Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither are Olympic champions. How do you maintain consistency in your training? We'd love to hear your tips and tricks!
Just last week, we discused with 2 clients how allocating multiple blocks of 15 mins to different "projects" was the best way to remain focused and consistent. You must include health time, social-people time, relax-fun time, admin time and of course learning-reading time and finally production time.
As an emerging designer, we want you to ensure that you split this time between design and business/ sales. You should not let a week go without havng a task around sales!
Nutrition and Rest
Fueling your body with the right nutrients and getting enough rest are just as important as training. They help in recovery and ensure you're always at your best. Do you have a favorite pre-workout meal or a go-to sleep routine? Share your secrets to a well-balanced lifestyle with us!
Keep chasing your dreams, and remember, every step you take is a step closer to your personal best. Stay strong and keep inspiring us with your stories and your designs!
Your time is anxious to see what coming next.
You are a Hero, live it every day. We are committed to your success.
